Are your ornaments available at a Retail Store?

Our exclusive ornament designs are only available at Treasures by Mann for ordering by phone, online on the Internet, by mail order or by fax.



Will you send me a Confirmation once my Order is Received?


Our exclusive ornament designs are only available at Treasures by Mann for ordering by phone, online on the Internet, by mail order or by fax.


Will you also send me a Confirmation when my Order is Shipped?


Yes. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation via email indicating the merchandise is available and your order is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 days of your order placement (perhaps due to an incorrect email entry), please contact us at customerservice@treasuresbymann.com or (808) 732-3196.

What Forms Of Payment do you accept?

We offer secure On-Line ordering with your choice of credit card payment or electronic check payment through PayPal. For orders by Mail, FAX or Phone, we accept payments by check or by credit card.

How do you ensure the Safety Of My Personal & Credit Card Information?


For those payments made via the Internet, we take extra internal security measures to ensure your personal and credit card information is protected. Our computers have firewalls in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. For payments made by phone, mail or fax, we destroy your payment information following the completion of the transaction. Equally important, we respect your privacy and will not sell your information to third parties.

How will you Ship My Order and what is the Shipping Cost?


Our Standard Delivery Shipping method is UPS Ground. For internet orders, the specific cost to your desired shipping destination will be calculated and shown during your order submission process. Of course, you will have an opportunity to see this cost prior to being asked to submit your order. For phone, fax or mail orders, please contact us for a specific shipping quote.

Do you provide an Express Delivery Option?


Yes. Our Express Delivery Shipping Method is need info. There is, of course, an extra charge for expedited delivery. For internet orders, select the Express Delivery Shipping option. The specific cost to your desired shipping destination will be calculated and shown during your order submission process. You will have the opportunity to view this cost prior to being asked to submit your order. For phone, fax or mail orders, please contact us for a specific Express Delivery shipping quote.

Do you accept orders for International Delivery?


We gladly accept orders for International Delivery by phone or email (click here for contact info). Our online Internet system accommodates orders which are billed and shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada only to simplify shipping cost calculation.

Do you Ship to Second Party Addresses and to More Than One Address?

Second Party addresses, simply indicate the recipient’s name and address in Step 3 - Choose Shipping when completing your order on the internet or in the Ship To section on the printable order form.


Do you Ship to More Than One Address?

Unfortunately, our system cannot accommodate shipments to more than one address on a single order. Should you wish to ship our items to more that one address, it will be necessary for you to complete an order for each shipment separately.


   

Do you offer Gift Packaging as an option?


Yes we do offer Gift Packaging for a modest extra charge of $10 per gift package. With this option, your ornament(s) will be delivered in a gift box with a gift label, gift wrap and gift card. To choose this option, simply select the Gift Wrap option when adding your item(s) to your shopping cart. If you are ordering multiple ornaments and wish to have them individually gift wrapped, please provide these instructions in the Special Instructions section when ordering.


Do you offer Gift Certificates?


Yes. Just click the link below, select the dollar amount of your Gift Certificate and complete the recipient’s address information. We will also include your brief personalized message as well.

Can I be assured that my Desired Ornament Will Be Available?


Since our ornaments are hand-made and the designs are exclusive to Treasures by Mann, our available inventory of each ornament is sometimes limited when demand is strong and we do periodically experience out-of-stocks.


What is your Policy on Returns & Exchanges?


We value your business and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should our merchandise not meet your expectations, we will happily Exchange your ornament(s) or issue you a Merchandise Credit. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of your shipment receipt to request either an exchange or a merchandise credit. We will then reimburse you for the original cost of the merchandise only. As a comparatively smaller company, we are unable to also reimburse you for the return shipping cost.

We will issue you a Refund only if we send you the wrong items in error or if the merchandise is damaged in shipment. Should you have such a claim, please contact us within 7 days of your shipment receipt. We will ask you to return the merchandise to us in its original shipping box and mail it to us via the U.S. Postal Service 1st Class. Upon our receipt of your return, we will ship to you a replacement ornament(s) at no additional charge or, if you prefer, a refund.

What is the Last Date To Place An Order for Christmas Delivery?


Your order must be received by no later than December 21st to ensure delivery by Christmas.



Are your Ornaments For Sale Year-Around?


While we have the greatest selection available during the October thru December period, we do have a variety of ornaments available on a year- round basis. If you plan to order during the January thru September period, please contact us beforehand to determine if the specific ornament(s) you desire are available.



How should I Best Care for my Ornament?


Our artisan-crafted ornaments are delicate and should be handled with care. To best maintain your ornament’s high quality condition, we recommend that you store it following our detailed procedures (click link below). We also recommend against using water or anything wet on the ornaments, particularly the cloth material. We further suggest that you store our ornaments in a cool, dry place away from direct heat when not displayed.
