Gift Certificates
Here’s the perfect solution if you are looking for the perfect gift for that special or hard-to-please person. With A Treasures by Mann gift certificate, your recipient can personally choose their preferred item(s) from our unique collection. We will send your designated recipient a personalized gift certificate with your name shown as the giver and a gift card.

In addition to purchasing online using PayPal, you can also call us at (808) 732-3196 or complete the printable Gift Cerfiticate order form (click here) and return it to us via e-mail, FAX or by mail.
For those of you ordering at the last minute, please call us at by December 20 to ensure delivery by Christmas.
Shipping Info
Standard Delivery
If you select our Standard Delivery Shipping option, Treasures by Mann will ship your order via UPS Ground except those to a P.O. Box or to a Military APO address (shipped via the U.S. Postal Service). Your shipment will typically require 2 to 5 days depending on your location.

Express Delivery Option
If you choose our Express Delivery Shipping option, Treasures by Mann will ship your order via UPS 2nd Day. When placing on-line internet orders, please select the Express Delivery Shipping option. The specific cost for expedited delivery to your desired shipping destination will be calculated and shown during your order submission process.

Ship to Second Party Addresses
Treasures by Mann offers shipment to Second Party Addresses within the United States. Simply indicate the recipient’s name and address in Step 3 - Choose Shipping when completing your order on the internet or in the Ship To section on the printable order form.
Ship to More Than One Address
Unfortunately, our system cannot accommodate shipments to more than one address on a single order. Should you wish to ship our items to more that one address, it will be necessary for you to complete an order for each shipment separately.
International Delivery
Contact Treasures by Mann by phone or email (click link to Contact Us) for orders for International Delivery to determine the shipping cost. Our online Internet system accommodates orders which are billed and shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada only to simplify shipping cost calculation.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchange or Merchandise Credit
Your satisfaction is very important to Treasures by Mann. If for some reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations for a reason other than damage or incorrect shipment, we will happily Exchange your ornament(s) or issue to you a Merchandise Credit. Please follow this procedure:
- Contact us within 7 days of your shipment receipt by email or phone to request either an exchange or a merchandise credit. (Click here for Contact info)
- Return the merchandise to us via the U.S. Postal Service 1st Class with the postmark no more than 3 days after notification.
- The merchandise should be returned to us in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Within 7 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise, we will then issue to you an exchange or merchandise credit based on your preference. For the latter, we will credit you for the original cost of the merchandise only. As a comparatively smaller company, we are unable to also reimburse you for the return postage cost.
Refund
We will issue to you a Refund only if we send you the wrong items in error or if the merchandise is damaged in shipment. Should you have such a claim, please follow this procedure:
- Contact us within 7 days of your shipment receipt by email or phone to request a refund.

- Return the merchandise to us via the U.S. Postal Service 1st Class with the postmark no more than 3 days after notification.
- For wrongly shipped items, the merchandise should be returned to us in its original packaging. For damaged items, ship all the packing materials and the broken merchandise to us as received but repack in another carton.
- Within 7 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise, we will then either ship to you replacement merchandise at no additional cost or, if you prefer, issue to you a refund for the original cost of the merchandise plus the return postage cost.
Non-Delivery Claims
If you do not receive your merchandise within 4 days of our email shipping notification, please contact us immediately. We will then trace your order with the shipping company to determine its status. We will notify you by phone or email of our findings. If the shipping company reports you’re your shipment is lost, we will immediately ship to you a replacement.
